Talk about Bad Luck

I love NASCAR and if you know me at all, well, you'd know that.  Each weekend our friends will normally get together and enjoy the race together.  Well this weekend was not so great.  My GF love Kasey Kahne and I can see why.  He was leading the race only to have his right-front tire blow while he was in a turn.  Here is the video.

I have to add as I was saddened to see this, Yea, I like Kasey as well, I was excited to find a nice pic of his rear-end on the NASCAR website.  LOL

For my main driver, Jeff Gordon, he was actually the first to get knocked out in the very early stages of the race.  Here is the video of his unfortunate accident.

He was able to get back in the race but it took so long to make repairs that he ended up finishing 39th which dropped him from 11th in the standings to 16th.  UGH!!!
Now everyone's favorite, Dale Earnhardt, Jr. was faring well until his engine gave up.  Here is that video.

Finally, Jimmie Johnson, not one of my favorites, but certainly a future Hall of Famer for sure.  His right-front tire also blew towards the end of the race, but still relegatted him to his worst finish of the year of 28th.  Still it was not enough to knock him out of first place and still leads Carl Edwards (another of my favs), who finished 8th, by 31 points.

Greg Biffle won the race, Ford's 1000th career NASCAR victory.  I do like Greg as well as he is from a town not far from where I was born.  Kasey is also a west-coast man too.

Just starting out here.  I'm a refugee from Xanga which has less than a month to raise 60K (they're close, but I am just prepping for what I HOPE doesn't happen) to save themselves.  I came here with my friend Laine who is an amazing, independent, GORGEOUS single woman.  But don't go hitting on her, she is taken.  LOL  You'll have to get to know her to understand what I mean by this.

For me, I'm married, very happily, studying for my Homeland Security degree and we are hoping to start our family soon.  I love to spend time with my best friends and of course what girl doesn't like to shop?  My hobbies include swimming, biking, playing volleyball and going fast.  HAHA, think NASCAR fast.
